This is our specialty! Morganbury Meat Co supplies us with selected premium cuts from Brangus cattle that are grain fed for 150 days, tender stretched and then aged for a minimum of 30 days. Our unique flavour that is exclusive to Far north Queensland comes from basting our steaks as they are grilled to your liking
