Our selected premium cuts are from Brangus cattle that have been grain fed for 150 days and then aged for a minimum of 30 days.
The signature flavour you’ll notice is from the specifically chosen rich feed and is unique to the Far North Queensland region and is achieved by basting our steaks as they’re being grilled to your liking.
All steaks are served with a garnish of rocket salad and either steakhouse chips or decadent garlic mash.
Please note that steak weights are accurate before they go on the grill. Depending on how they are cooked, steaks may lose up to 25% of weight during the cooking process.
