Since opening in 2006, we've built a reputation on generous, expertly grilled steaks served alongside a menu that runs from Wagyu Sirloin to lighter seafood and salad options, so there's something for every appetite.
The tropical climate and rich Australian soil are just part of what goes into every unforgettable piece of Waterbar meat. Each steak is enhanced with a special baste developed in house and flame grilled to order.
