Our premium cuts are sourced from the nation’s most respected meat producers. The cattle are born and raised in the vast, fertile grasslands of Northern outback Australia and grain-fed for 150 days.

The signature flavour you’ll notice is defined by the secret basting we use to grill our steaks to your liking.

All steaks are served with either steakhouse chips or decadent garlic mash.

  • BLUE
    Sealed, very red in the centre. Room temperature
  • RARE
    Red in the centre. Lukewarm temperature
  • MEDIUM-RARE
    Pinkish-red in the centre. Warm temperature
  • MEDIUM
    Pink in the centre. Hot temperature
  • MEDIUM-WELL
    Very little pink in the centre. Hot temperature
  • WELL-DONE
    No pink, brown in the centre. Hot temperature
